ben 95382ac3a3 feat(find-training): Refactor marker visibility dots into inline tab checkboxes ... Replace standalone colored dot toggles with custom checkboxes inline beside each category tab heading (Events, Trainers, Venues). Version bump 2.2.17 → 2.2.18 for CDN cache busting.
