- Initialize HVAC_Master_Dashboard_Data during plugin init to ensure
  AJAX handler is registered for all requests (not just template loads)
- Accept both hvac_ajax_nonce and hvac_master_dashboard_nonce for
  backward compatibility with existing JavaScript
